By accessing, registering for, or using the 176 platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published by 176 from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 176 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
The minimum age to use the 176 platform is 18 years old. Users who are below the stipulated minimum age are not permitted to register or use any of the services provided.
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the 176 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. 176 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a national ID or passport) at any time for compliance and account verification purposes. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. 176 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account if you have failed to take appropriate security measures. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by another party, contact the 176 support team immediately.
Users of the 176 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and 176 reserves the right to pursue legal action where appropriate.
All financial transactions on the 176 platform — including deposits, bets and withdrawals — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to you and is registered in your name.
Deposits will be credited to your account once payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment service provider. 176 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party banks or e-wallet providers.
Withdrawal requests are subject to standard review and identity verification processes. 176 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal deemed unusual. Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
Any transactions suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities, and associated accounts may be frozen without prior notice.
The 176 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 176 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to technical failures, service disruptions, or errors in market data.
All content, logos, designs, software, and materials on the 176 platform are the exclusive property of 176 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such materials without prior written consent from 176.
The 176 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites for informational purposes only. 176 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Users are advised to review the terms of use of those websites separately.
176 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or at the request of the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not entitled to a refund of any balance associated with the violating activity.
176 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the terms will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
